The Collrs Ethos are what we stand for, and in continuation with what we believe in, We constantly strive to improve the pet-parents experience with us and our dog walkers. Here are 5 steps we have taken to make sure our pet-parents feel valued and cared for. We call them the Collrs guarantee.
The purpose of the meet & greet session is for the dog-walker to meet your dog and it is a chance for you to see if that particular dog-walker is the right fit for you. The meet & greet session is complimentary from Collrs and we do not charge you for that. In case you do not like the particular dog walker, we are willing to resend another dog-walker based on the availability of walkers nearby which is again complimentary.
We charge you for the number of days walked except Sunday’s. So there is nothing to worry even if you have planned a short vacation. We will adjust the number of days you missed at the end of the month. Also if your walker gets sick, we have you covered. We do not charge you for any number of days we don’t walk. We won’t charge you if we don’t walk your dog.
You can expect politeness, honesty, accountability, and respectfulness from our dog walkers, we do not approve dog walkers on our platform, if we find any of these qualities missing.
Our prices don’t vary. This is being done to make sure you don’t have to worry or haggle over prices with our delivery teams.
